Luxuriate in a sweet studio apartment full of original art and light.Watch the birds overhead and in the bird bath just outside. Sleep on a king bed with premium linens. Dine at a table with views of the pool and terraced gardens. Explore one of the many garden paths that encircle our private hill-top with its exotic palms, lawns, terraces, fruit trees and many exotic birds including parrots, chachalacas, calendria, aurracas, hawks, turkey vultures, and grackles.
The gardens feature numerous areas ideal for relaxing or working which are furnished with outlets for your laptop. Fiber-optic wifi (backed up with a Starlink connection) is available in the entire garden.Sun-tan in the chaises, dine under the thatched palapa. Have a wood fire or BBQ. Numerous benches provide plenty of extra seating and there are views in all directions of the town, ocean or jungle-covered hills in the distance. Access to the town's main street is via our private jungle path with its giant philodendrons and ferns. Alternatively there is an easy walk to the shopping area on Punta Mita road.
The kitchenette is indoor/outdoor. Attractive cutlery, sharp kitchen knives and plenty of glasses and dishes, utensils and cookware complement the the two 2 burner induction cooktops. A blender, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and storage containers are also provided. If you need a slow cooker or other item just ask. We reside upstairs
