Luxuriate in a spacious studio apartment full of art and light.Watch the birds in the birdbath just outside. Sleep on a king bed with premium linens. Dine at a table with views of the pool, mountains and gardens.Breakfast on your own private patio and watch the sunrise over the Sierra Madres. Explore one of the many garden paths that encircle our private hill-top with its exotic palms, lawns, terraces, fruit trees and many exotic birds including parrots, chachalacas, calendria, aurracas, hawks, turkey vultures, and grackles.
The gardens feature numerous areas ideal for relaxing or working and which are furnished with laptop outlets and fiber-optic wifi (backed up with a Starlink connection) which is available in the entire garden.Sun-tan in the chaises, dine under the thatched palapa. Have a wood fire or BBQ. Numerous benches provide plenty of extra seating and there are views in all directions of the town, ocean or jungle-covered hills in the distance. Access to the town's main street is via our private jungle path with its giant philodendrons and ferns. Alternatively there is an easy walk to the shopping area on Punta Mita road.
The indoor-outdoor kitchenette has been designed with foodies in mind. Attractive cutlery, sharp kitchen knives and plenty of glasses and dishes, utensils and cookware complement theinduction cooktops). A blender, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and storage containers are also provided.
